• Avoid screen time.

Bright light from any device blocks the release of the sleep hormone.

• You don't have to study the day before the test! It may stress you out. 

Pov: I did some maths no calc and writing to get into exam mood🤭🤫.

• Have a healthy dinner.

 

                        ON Exam DAY

• Do some exercises (push-ups).

It will help you to decrease pre-exam stress and anxiety as well as improve your concentration. It also optimizes your mind-set to improve alertness, attention and motivation.

• If you don't happen to sleep over, Do some no calc or writing (the part you find exciting) to get into the mood.

📌 Bring these things : 

- Printed admission ticket 🎫

- Acceptable photo ID 

- Two No. 2 pencils with erasers ✏️ 

- An acceptable calculator 📟

Nice to Have :

- A Watch without an audible alarm ⌚️

- A bag or Backpack 🎒 

- Snacks and drink for your break ( Banana,    Snickers... and a bottle of wa'er)

After all, this is just a test !

The important thing to remember is to not give up. With a lot of research and a little luck, you can still achieve your dreams of college admissions and success, even without the SAT
