Email tips you should follow along not to sound awkward

- Don't overthink just hit the send button

- Yes, that "over-respectftul-cute" message at the end is common, no need think a lot about it, just choose one of the most used ones (Sincerely, Best/Warm Regards, Thanks) and finish up with your name

- Remember to greet in the beginning of your email

- If the name of the receiver is known, you can write "Dear [name]" or "Hello [name]", or even better use "... Mr [surname]"

- If the receiver is a professor or a doctor, it's better to include the title before the surname

- If the receiver is unknown, use "Dear Sir/Madam" or "To whom it may concern" (honestly I've only used the first one)

- Check your email using grammarly or any other built-in checker you have
